The DMSS app can be used with or without logging into a Dahua Cloud account.
Log in to a Dahua Cloud account
If you have a smartphone, go to your device’s app store and download DMSS.
Open the DMSS app, select Me in the bottom right and tap Log in.
Then select Sign UP.
After entering your email address, choose Get Verification Code to receive an email verification.
Copy the code exactly into the app and once completed you will be greeted with the homepage and option to begin adding devices.
Add a device
To add a device, select ‘Scan QR Code’ from the ‘+’ menu in the top right. Alternatively, tap ‘Manually Add/ Enter SN’ and type in the serial number of the unit.
Then scan the QR code or enter the device SN and Security Code.
Select NVR/ DVR (recorder). Then enter the username and password, your TI Security engineer will have made a note of this on your paperwork.
