White Rose Office Park take their security seriously, they put their tenant’s peace of mind first by going above and beyond ensuring the highest level of on-site security. The park is managed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, managing over 400 visitors daily, making it one of the safest places to work or visit. Their existing Traffic Barriers were beginning to go faulty and were not complying with the Machinery Directive, they required new control boards, Traffic Barrier linkages and some required new 3m Traffic Barrier boom arms with lights that had been hit.
Traffic Barrier Leeds
We provided a quote for the traffic barrier repairs but it seemed cost effective to quote for the replacement of all the barriers. We recommended 15 new business Traffic Barriers and the addition of an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) business access control system to all 15 lanes, to smooth the process of vehicle entry and exit around the park. Giving fast opening and closing to prevent tailgating whilst allowing those with access to only access the areas they are required and forcing unwanted visitors to report to the security desk where they then can approve or deny where that vehicle is allowed to go. This eliminates hazards and traffic passing through, creating a safer zone for employees to feel comfortable whilst at work.
Beeston
Beeston is in Leeds, West Yorkshire. It is on a hill around 2 miles from the south of the city centre. Beeston can be traced back to the medieval times, at the end of the Victorian era it became a residential area for people working in Leeds and surrounding industrial areas like Holbeck and Hunslet. It was known for sheep farming, with the monks from Kirkstall Abbey who grazed their 240 sheep there. Beeston is an inner-city area located close to the Leeds City Centre, near the M621, M1 and M62 with the park and ride site at Elland Road, Beeston is easily accessed.
