The Specialist Equipment Rental company came to us via a recommendation from their monitoring station. They wanted to invest in a full security system that was cost effective so they could replace their onsite security guards.
The specialist equipment rental company provides products and services to a range of infrastructure, construction, house building, oil and gas industries in the UK and overseas. They have been evolved for over 60 years, the company was founded in 1954, with the creation of the vibratory roller, the business propelled in 1959 when they opened the first section of the M1. In 1975 they moved into specialist equipment, supplying high capacity air compressors for rock drilling and industrial applications, expanding into the oil and gas sector. Later creating a shoring division, ground force and acquired rail specific plant.

They came to us asking if there was a way that they could reduce the cost of their current security. The business Intruder Alarm systems are connected to the Fire Alarm, which can alert emergency services in the event of a fire, in the event of an intrusion the CCTV can be remotely viewed and the monitoring station can action Police Response. We included vibration detectors on doors, windows and shutters, so the first sign of an intrusion is recorded and key holders are alerted because the systems are linked to their Burglar Alarm it allows a faster response than what a Manned Guard.
Worksop
Worksop is one of the largest towns in Nottinghamshire. It lies on the River Ryton and is located to the North of Sherwood Forest. Worksop is 19 miles south-east of Sheffield. Worksop has become a commuter town due to its location and ease of access to major motorways and rail links. There is evidence that Worksop existed before 1066. Worksop grew into a market town, with coal mining providing thousands of jobs in the 19th century, with the pits closing in 1990. With the area now populated by large Manufacturing and distribution companies as it lies on the A57 and A60 with links to the A1 and M1.
