My mum had an alarm system fitted by TI Security a few years ago. Since then Noel has come out and serviced the system annually. From start to finish, he kept us informed with what he was doing and why, he was very knowledgeable about the systems we used and also provided us with tips on usage. What a great experience and we will certainly be using TI Security in the future.
Had our alarm system serviced this morning, the engineer Joe was brilliant, he really knows his stuff, explained what he was doing & why, he even rang and apologised before attending to say he would be 15mins late, very rare you get that these days, he is a credit to the company, if i could give 6 stars i would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have used TI for many years on all the properties I have bought.A few months ago I had a new wireless domestic alarm system fitted at my property. The engineer attended on time and explained what he had to do. Our house had a full security system and cameras installed by TI security by the previous home owner. We organised a visit from an engineer to service the system and explain everything to us. We had the pleasure of having thorough explanations of all aspects of the system by the engineer Luke D who went the extra mile and was very kind and friendly during his visit. He also fixed the parts of the system that needed to be redone after we had replaced the front and back doors, even though we had forgotten to request this service when booking the appointment. Was a very good appointment and we now have everything sorted and understood. Thank you!
Just had our annual service done by Luke Doherty who is always very helpful and thorough. Answered all my queries about the different zones to use depending on what area we needed the alarm to cover and made sure i understood exactly how to use the panic alarms if needed. Review for TI Security, Leeds. This is a reliable professional company we have used for many years. We moved into a house with a TI alarm system already installed. We have used them for the last decade for alarm maintenance and repairs - including new sensors, a new internal alarm siren box, new battery backups. All work has been professionally completed to a high standard. Prices always fair and reasonable. Luke Doherty was my engineer today, and did a fantastic job! Extremely professional, explained my fire and intruder alarm issue in a way I could understand, followed by the process he was going to take to resolve it. Within an hour my house is fully back up and running. Would highly recommend Luke!
My alarm system went off for no apparent reason this morning at about 12:00. It was a real nuisance as it proved impossible to silence it. Your technician, Phil, arrived within an hour and was friendly and polite throughout. He told me what he was doing at each stage and was very thorough. He was at at pains to identify the fault which eventually proved to be a faulty alarm box. It was 2:00 before he left having fitted a new alarm bell box, climbing his ladder in over 30 degrees heat! I'm a very satisfied customer!

We had a engineer in today to do some upgrades was very consonances kept me informed on step by step of what he was doing. Clean worker and very knowable. Checked all his work to make sure everything was how it should and also repaired the outside unit on his inspection. (Phil) 5 stars from me.
Along with 3 of our neighbours we had an alarm fitted by TI about 10-11 years ago. Recently had them out to service the alarm (very polite, likeable technicians) but they said the external sounder needed a new battery. They came out again a few weeks later to say - sorry, sounder is unserviceable and needs replacing.No issue there I thought - it's 10 years old, fit a new one. No - they say the new sounder would not be compatible with the internal detectors and the the control system. I'd have to order a new system in it's entirety. The quote was £900 odd so it's not going to break the bank but I asked if they gave any assurances that I wouldn't face the same situation in a few years when the system was outside of warranty i.e. a single part failure makes the entire system useless. Their answer was "no" - if there is a similar fault they'd have to replace the entire system.So - if you want to install entirely new systems on a routine basis then this is the company for you. If you'd rather have a reliable system that doesn't have in built obselence then I'd advise to go elsewhere.Incidentally, their maintenance manager said the system wasn't obsolete as the external box still acted as a deterrent (I pointed out that you can get an empty box from B&Q for £20) and the internal sounder still operated (I pointed out that it's not much help if the neighbours can't hear it). As it stands my property is effected greater protection by very solid doors, a ring door camera and two very large dogs. All of these are more reliable than a TI system.
Fantastic team of engineers who are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prompt response and service. We had issues with our alarm system and needed an upgrade. It was dealt with very professionally and quick turnaround time too. Also, to mention the installation engineer Jack, who came out to carryout the work was fantastic and he did a good job. We have used the service for so many years now, especially the out of office emergency call out is spot on.

TI Security installed our alarm system at our new office premises. We were given a demonstration and instructions of how to use the alarm system which was easy to follow and all made sense. Phil had to call back out to us to tweak the set up, and he was able to do this quickly and explained everything thoroughly.

Phil came along today after we were having a problems with an alarm sensor. He explained in simple terms what he'd have to do to fix it. The service was great as he tried the cheapest alternative which then worked in the end. TI spot on as always.
We arranged for TI to come & repair a couple of Fire sensors & check the whole system as well as service the house alarm in my Father in Laws house. Phil arrived bang on time & spent several hours carrying out the works. He provided a thoroughly proffessional job explaining things throughout & was more than happy to explain the systems. Just had our annual burglar alarm serviced by Chris Clarkson. He is a very valuable asset to TI, as I found him to be a very professional, friendly and helpful technician. He is certainly an expert on burglar alarms.
We had a TI installed alarm from the previous owners and it had developed a minor fault. TI sent a salesman around rather than an engineer. TI sent on a HUGE quote without lifting a screwdriver or a lid. I challenged the sales guy a couple of times. I am not an alarm fitter but I am a bit of a nerd so I could tell that he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes… especially when I challenged him and he said “we would be unable to do this as it wouldn’t comply with the regulations”…. What regulations? A quick call into the manufacturer confirmed I wasn’t oversimplifying things. I ended up with a warrantied, modernised system for less than a fifth of the price quoted by TI. If you have a technical fault then please liaise with someone technical to price up the work. I have no problems working with sales folk… in fact this chap was very nice… However there are domain experts out there for a reason. A screwdriver, a camera phone and a quick call to the manufacturer clears this up in minutes!

Luke from TI came around today and was absolutely brilliant. We'd just moved home, didn't know the alarm code or whether it was even working. He sorted it out, installed a new battery and sensors and changed the code within an hr and a half. Super friendly and wonderfully professional.
Engineer arrived to day on time. Was extremely personable and polite. Observed all social distancing regulations and did a fantastic job. This was my first dealing the TI Security and would definitely recommend them
